Chief Executive Officer

| Robert E. Mackoul has over 35 years experience in insurance and risk management and founded Mackoul and Associates, Inc., in 1987. Mr. Mackoul has been a featured speaker at seminars, workshops, and symposia for many years. He has written articles on various insurance and financial topics, and is frequently quoted in the New York Times, Newsday, and other publications. He is a Chartered Life Underwriter, and member of the Society of Financial Services Professionals, and serves as Secretary of Tri-County Independent Agents and Brokers Association of New York.
Mr. Mackoul is a decorated Vietnam combat veteran who lives on Long Island. He is married with five children.

| Edward J. Mackoul is the President of Mackoul & Associates, Inc., which specializes in the insurances for cooperatives, condominiums and apartments. As a Certified Insurance Counselor, he brings over 15 years of experience in insurance and risk management to Mackoul & Associates. He is quoted frequently on real estate insurance topics in the New York Times, Habitat Magazine, The Cooperator and other publications. Habitat Magazine features Mr. Mackoul as the insurance expert in a section of their website called, “Ask The Experts” (www.habitatmag.com).
Mr. Mackoul is an active member of several professional organizations including the Staten Island Chamber of Commerce and the New York Association of Real Estate Managers (NYARM). As a gifted speaker, he has been invited to lecture at numerous seminars and symposia on vital insurance topics. In addition, he provides educational seminars to property management firms on insurance related issues. Mr. Mackoul is married with two children and lives in Staten Island. |

Sally Dolce has over 25 years experience in property casualty insurance. She joined Mackoul & Associates in 1997 as the agency administrator. As Chief Operating Officer, her responsibilities include the management of and the coordination of all employees, liaison with insurance carriers and the overall responsibility of all agency operations.
Mrs. Dolce lives on Long Island, is married with two children, and is an active member of Saint Raymond’s Church, East Rockaway, New York.

| Ena Chang has over 20 years experience in property casualty insurance. She joined Mackoul & Associates in 1987 as the agency administrator. She concentrated on business development in the personal insurance arena, and has over 1500 personal insurance clients that depend on her expertise and guidance. In 2010, Ena opened The Mackoul Group of Florida, LLC branch in Weston, Florida. As the Director of Operations of the Florida office, her responsibilities include the management and coordination of all employees, liaison with insurance carriers, and the overall communication with management in the home office in New York.
Ms. Chang lives in Weston, Florida and is married with three children. She is an active member of the Weston community and her parish, St. Paul Lutheran Church.

| Steven A. Sherman has over 25 years experience in financial planning, insurance and investments. He formed Wall & William Financial Services Group in 1992 to service clients in all aspects related to their financial, estate, retirement and business planning needs.
He is a Certified Financial Planner and earned his Masters and Doctoral degrees at Temple University. In addition, he has qualified for all related investment and insurance licenses.
He is married, with 2 children, resides in Long Island and is an avid golfer.

| Jay Greenbaum has been an insurance and financial advisor for 30 years. He is a Charter Life Underwriter and a Chartered Financial Consultant. He specializes in employee benefits to business owners and the not for profit sector, providing planning and solutions to in the fields of medical, dental, life, disability and long term care and is a certified Medicare advisor.
Jay serves on two not-for-profit Boards and the Hewlitt High School Business Advisory Board. He is married with five daughters, lives in Hewlett, Long Island, and competes in Ironman Triathalon athlete events.
